Do 'quest items' include Witcher armor / weapon sets?
Quest items include all the stuff from the quest items section in the inventory.

Will gear be upgradable beyond mastercrafted level? or will there be new sets which are for lvl 30+ ?
I think so. https://www.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/3a7fwe/legendary_wolven_set/Will gear be upgradable beyond mastercrafted level? or will there be new sets which are for lvl 30+ ?
It's quite possibly the most unique armor set in the game. Even the gloves look unlike anything in the game. Once you get rid of it, there's no getting it again. Which really seems like an odd decision all things considered.
I fully agree with Senseioyama.
There is absolutely no joy in collecting your hard earned Gwent Cards all over again.
Very happy for NG+ but slightly baffled at the decision to omit Gwent cards carry-over. Seems like the natural, logical choice to allow players to keep the items they've accumulated in their first playthrough, except of course for quest items or keys.
Really looking forward to New Game+. I have a question:
How will the starting game options be handled, namely, simulating or importing a Witcher 2 save? Can I choose to import a different Witcher 2 save for New Game+? Can I choose to simulate a Witcher 2 save and then choose different options? For example, some characters from Witcher 2 were not alive on my playthrough, and I hope I can choose differently in New Game+.
