WItcher 1 is $5 at Gog

Just a heads-up for anyone who went straight into the second game without playing the first.

GoG are selling Witcher 1 at $4.99 right now.

(Not surprisingly, I saw this first from the Steam forums. For some reason everyone in the Steam forums always recommends buying from GoG. I can't think why )

Don't you just kick yourself when that happens? It should work though. Mine was from Steam and I never had any problems with it.

Steam does have an infamous reputation for several problems, but that doesn't meant it sucks totally! Hopefully things should all be fine for you

Awesome! The more people who play the original the better!

The combat of TW1 is a little annoying, but other than that it's a great game with a ton of depth.
