Toxicity?

So, what are those "critical effects" the witcher endures?If I understand correctly, you are intoxicated when toxicity bar reaches 50%...So far I only noticed that you die when you reach 100%, but no other negative effects were noticed even at very high toxicity levels..Anyone knows?

There are none beside HP decrease when you drink another potion.
