I think that making potion shouldnt force the player to make a rest. The rest should delete all the Toxines in the body of geralt and regenerate health and energy. And the rest should look like a real rest not a sitting by a campfire ; P
I think you can meditate and create portions at any time or place in TW2, but not sure how this would be done.I personally would not like meditating in the middle of a tavern will all people screaming.
