I do not remember exactly the place, so I ask for help to you, as I turned the horse I saw a house on fire, so I went and had left a kind of Quest, because the bandits were burning a woman alive in the house, but not I remember exactly where was the place someone can tell me the exact location?

This is a link to a map on my digital guide. Scroll in and look for graylocks top right of map. Then at the top left corner is a box with a ! in it. It should say Death by fire. That's the one.
