Trouble with the Kayran battle QTE

I have been having issues the past few weeks with the QTE in the Kayran Battle. I cut off the three limbs fine but once I grab on to the last limb and hit the left mouse button. No matter how hard I hit it never fills up. I have tried patches, lowering resolution and specs, changing key binding to space bar, everything I can think of. I will put my specs. If anyone can help please let me know. I can use dropbox to put my files. Never had a issue with game till now

I had exactly the same problem. Numerous attempts made.

Then I have made before the fight a Savegame and have restarted the Game.

Then on the last Limb I have hammered like mad the Mousebutton and the Spacebutton. This worked!
