Could I run The Witcher 2 with these specs?

Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit

Processor: AMD A10-5700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 8470

Total RAM: 7.9 GB

Those are my specs, I bought the game and ran it on lowest settings but is experiencing very low FPS, is this a PC problem or can I just not run it?

In addition to reducing resolution (try 1440x900 or 1280x720), try running it on the built-in graphics (the A10-5700 has the 7660D GPU), not the add-on 8470. (I hope the 8470 didn't cost extra. It's worthless for demanding games.)

And consider doing the upgrade to Windows 8.1. It's a big win with AMD APU configurations like yours.
