The workaround doesn't work. I don't support censorship (or being lied to) in a game that features nudity. I'm just gonna vote with my wallet and refund it. If this truly bothers you, do the same. Revisit it later when it's on sale for $20 and see if they fixed it. I'm not a perv, not looking to...
