Same issue, its definetely patch problem, since 1.1 patch and 180h ingame everything was perfect. Now sometimes I have to wait up to 1min on goddamn ssd, its sad.

I've experienced only greatly increased loading times, it was about 6seconds to load before, now its up to 1min. That is not good.

Yup, we need OFFICIAL help such exact debug console (first devs should give it back) exact command to skip quest phase/or complete it, trigger this giant cutscene or just kill/delete/disable Folan NPC, he is only reason its not working. Uff, I thought it was my and I just went too far with user.settings/rendering values. Same here, it was 5-6sec before on SSD now its up to 1min.

People are still waiting for the official patch, while this 'bug' is already 'fixed'. Even someone gave link in this topic. Searching the reason for moaning is amazing these days.

In this case it wont work, beacuse after 1st cutscene there is another cutscene which trigger Ice Giant death, so doing the method I'll give You will cause giant stuck at 1HP making him unkillable. Also the 'boss hp' metter is missing, and there might be other issues related to 'back from dead'...
