Considering what has been shown and a cyberpunk universe ... I'd say adding a slight possibility for players to lose limbs and get implants or constant repairs would be a must, cant offer much of the tip of my head without any perspective of where your going but letting players steal vechicals...

I'd love to join in, not really many ppl around here to play BBGs with but simple board games are easy enough ...
