Using MSI Afterburner to underclock and undervolt my GPU was my solution as well. I didn't want to believe it but it was the last thing I did not try because I'm not familiar with it. I followed along a youtube tutorial on how to do it and apply the setting and it really did solve my GPU...

Set your resolution in Windows to match the resolution you are trying to play the game at. Should have it expand to the size of your screen once you do that.

Did as you suggested just to humor the troubleshooting process. Reinstalled steam fresh and the game to a root folder of my creation on the C drive outside of program files. Same exact error. I don't have a partition, the only time an e: drive is ever on my computer is when I have a USB drive...

My question is why is the file it is referencing referring to the e: drive. My error does as well and I don't have an e: drive. Error reason: Assert Expression: <Unknown> Message: Gpu Crash for unknown reasons! Callstack here is probably irrelevant. Check if Breadcrumbs or Aftermath logged...

So my GPU crash I believe is related to the UltraWide resolution. My native resolution is 3440x1440 and the game will crash even at the lowest settings not being able to get past the character creator. I have found a way to get the game to work by lowering to 1920x1080 on the lowest settings...

Well my weekend plans are wide open since I won't be playing.

Ryzen 3900x, 1080ti updated driver, 32gig trident z neo, installed on Samsung M.1 ssd, no idea why I'm flatlining, cant get passed the intro.

After patch, still flatlining.
