I finally got it to work. Not sure how really, the icon popped up but not during a Parry, so I hit LMB and boom. Was a bit strange. It was after a Parry, E was still down, the guy stepped back and the icon flashed and I did it.

I tried to: - Press E before and variations on timing and keeping it held down. - hit LMB immediately as he started, when he's in swing, after hitting my blade, etc. - Released E - Sheathed Sword and brought it back out I saw the Icon flash once, but I wasn't actually ready when it happened so...
