How/where do you access the DLC?

As long as the patch brings him back to life and not just prevent him from dieing for other people.

Bram the shopkeeper died.... Glitch?

I would guess Drowners killed him during the Twisted Firestarter quest. ---------- Updated at 03:12 PM ---------- Sorry I didn't see that one since Bram's death wasn't in the title?
