After watching some playtroughs I found out where the All Foods was and found Jackie's bike in the front. I cant interact with the intercom of the gate or anything else.

Ok so before I left for work I found out how to make the waypoint pop up. Before you hit the All Foods call Jackie to trigger the gps. But this also created a bug where the phone spam calls him even when you see him in person. I can see him but the only diolouge available is the 3 basic ones...
