I really wished cyberpunk went with this type of storytelling , and to be honest witcher 3 blends the two ways fairly well. :

Most of the NCART stations are not marked on the map but can be used as fast travel, the NCART was meant to be the usable train that was cut.

Most of the time there is a bitcoin account/link they want you to use with a set amount of bitcoins to transfer.

Also why would anyone store source code locally on prem servers... , always in the cloud.

Yeah this is a bug a weather type gets stuck but doesn't fully load cause that weather was not meant to be loaded.

Witcher 3 had water physics... so not sure why this doesn't. Possible too taxing for the console systems..

Likely they will fix most of the bugs (create a bunch more) and try to fix the data streaming... so that it can be sold on the playstation store. Unlikely anything else would be done.

As in system requirements ???

The old red engine from the witcher 3 had a dynamic wind system with weather to boot. Cyberpunk doesn't seem to use it as such... or was removed or disabled.
