Why are the quest reward levels so borked? I shouldn't be doing a recommended quest lvl 26 quest at lvl 19 and getting a lvl 13 sword drop from the contract beast. I mean, shouldn't the reward even be somewhat close to the recommended level? And this is throughout the game and subsequently...
