I'd love NG+ so long as the enemies and rewards increase with your level as well rather than it just being a stomp on low-level NPCs.

- You can just ignore the fast travel, I only ever use it when I've been between areas multiple times. Having to go find a signpost makes it far less tempting than something like Oblivion or Skyrim's fast travel. If anything, it'd also make the game easier since it'd encourage you to explore...
