This appears to be fixed. Installing the Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School, as I type. Xbox did not ​ask for my CC info this time. :)

On Xbox One, and also ran into this problem. Finished out the quest with all "green" quest components, in the journal, but it is listed under "Failed" missions. Well past the quest, by the time I even noticed this. *shrug* Still, would be nice to get a fix.

I get this as well, and I don't skip scenes or dialogues. Normally it doesn't trouble me so much, but it has increased in frequency as of late (or at least, it "seems").
