updated to win 10 from 8.1 to get DX 12 but didnt actually fix lol, same exact crash on startup but like couple extra seconds before it...

persistent crash when trying to launch game.(steam) gtx 1060, win 8 worked on everything for plenty hours, reinstalled fresh drivers...
