What color correction can do to those ugly screenshots

I did this just for fun, it's somehow similar to the color palete they're using now, what do you think?

Is The Witcher 1 still playable?

Yes, totally, i liked witcher 2 but i love the atmosphere of 1. I can`t wait to go back to the swamps, the fields and hopefully Wyzima. I am using the texture mods and sweetfx on these.
