Good for you that you fixed it like this, but I have no saves prior to the bug itself having continued playing by doing side quests for 8 hours ... and I would never want to start over :(

Same problem, Jackie vanishes from the map and is untraceable. His bike is out at "AllFoods" but he's not there, I'm desperate T_T I tried to contact the assistance for both 1.03 and 1.04 but I have not yet received an answer, what do you recommend to do?
