That is not actually true....if you pick the Nomad background you don't even start as a Nomad....you already abandoned your clan and are already stripped of Nomad affiliation before the game even begins....you can join another clan later in the game just as the Corpo background could also...

That's not an issue....for the purposes of the game no cyberware just means you have your plain regular human limbs....and it's a game....there is no real issue with just removing cyberware from your character. For all intents and purposes as far as the game is concerned cyberware functionally...

Obviously if you respec out of being able to use certain cyberware it should be automatically unequipped from your character and you should not be able to use it unless you meet the requirements. You pose problems that are not new and have been easily dealt with in other games before this so...
