You have to start the game in the Bin directory manually without the Launcher, I have the same problem. My launcher isn't popping up as well!

Hehe I have the same problem, so annoying since I everything was pretty on 2.1. Yet after EE everything is going to hell. Just gonna uninstall everything and reinstall up to 2.1 =D Then I can play again!

Another minor problem, cannot seem to launch the *Launcher* It show up for a brief second on task manager and than poof. Only way to start the game it by going into *bin* and hitting *witcher 2* application. Is there any remedy for this? PS. I already check the FAQ # 19. Did the registry check...

So for anyone having similar issues, the black screen is cause by the Mod (Unlock all development path, HUD tweak and Panel tweak) Need to remove them from CookedPC or like Prometheus mentioned, disable them in Configurator. Cheers! and thanks!
