Is there any way to just make a HUD mod so that your storage is with you at all times and you can pull it up with a button press just like your journal or inventory?

I assume by Arena you mean being locked in a place and having to fight a seris of enimies, i am currently working on such a thing using the cemetary in Vizima as the Arena.
