Does anyone have an idea if TW3 will be CPU or GPU bound?

Yeah, right now I have it overclocked to 4.1 ghz. Haven't had the time yet to go further, but I will. But anyway, an OC'ed 2500K 4.5Ghz will not bottleneck a GTX880? And if I should not upgrade my 2500K now, when should I?

So my i5 2500K 3.3ghz Sandy Bridge will not bottleneck a GTX 880 (when released)? Wow. That's hard to believe! I mean.. we are talking The Witcher 3 here!

So how long do you guys generally last with your CPUs? I'm asking this because in the summer of 2015 I'll be upgrading my 2500K 3.3ghz to either go for a Haswell (E?) or a Broadwell. The reason I'll be upgrading my CPU is because I've set my sights on a GTX 800 series card, probably the GTX 880...

Quoting myself because of another question: what performance would I gain if I upgraded my CPU? I'm just talking pure fps right now.

When you say "max it" do you mean maxing and retaining 60 fps or do you mean maxing it and barely getting 30 fps?

Another can I run it question? Although it's just guesswork now, I wanted to recieve your guy's opinion on my system. What I would want: - Play the game at most maximum settings, but without Uber sampling of course - 60 fps is no requirement. If I can get Ultra settings and lock my fps at 30...
