Oh, I thought it would go back to normal once I'd registered it. I was at the beginning of Act IV, saved Abigail and Thaler, cured Vincent, sided with Shani over Triss and the Scoia'tel over the Order. I also reluctantly sided with the Queen of the Night over that Order guy, but I don't know if...

If you're talking about mine, basically no. I had it at the medium setting, but if it's close to the description in the other ways it doesn't matter.
