I have kinda similar issue, but... I get almost +20 degrees on CPU (from around 65 - 84) if I open map or any ingame menu (not the main game on on Esc, but, for example, interface page). It has always been this way since day one. I have no idea what can cause Beastiary or ingame mape to do it...

My biggest issue was with the lack of Wild Hunt as such. They appear only a few times during main story, I got no feeling of the buildup aka didnt get the feeling of need to rush to fight them.

I know that by lore Geralt has issues managing his finances xD, but I like the way it is, i can buy whatever is needed and worry about more important things.

A bit OT, but: 1. Guy in the middle is the same dragon. 2. Those two at sides are both girls - bodyguards and escorts (yes, "that kind of" escorts). Geralt got into foursome with them all in the books.

It's quite random for me, happens rarely, but when it happens, NPC's appear after 10-20 seconds. 290X 4GB, i7-4790K, 16GB DDR3-2400 MHz, Samsung Pro 512 GB. Game itself runs smoothly.
