Because people shouldn't have to do the leg work to figure out what quests they didn't get experience from, if any. This is the sort of bug that should be found in a good QA pass through of the game because it's so widespread.

If you had bothered reading a few posts you would see that people are completing quests that are RED and still not getting experience.
