This does not appear to be fixed for me (PC). Going through the Badlands cab mission still adds distortion and a purple-suited Delamain in the phone UI that never seems to go away, even after a game restart.

Dithered transparency like that kind of needs TAA to look decent, actually. That's probably one of the reasons why there is no in-game option to turn TAA off.

Wasn't that blue dot always there? I haven't played since the 1.05 update (downloading it now), but I distinctly recall a blue dot being there with weapons holstered.
