yup i absolutely agree, i'm 120 hrs into the game, although i enjoy the missions and the game in general, there really is not much to do...

The point is, everyone (NPCs) are talking about it and there are BDs to buy. Not talking about the story BDs. Missed opportunity imho...

There are also places where you can purchase them, so it feels weird to purchase something that's not usable in the game.
