Its not just mutagens. You now cannot craft ANYTHING that you already have e.g. Alcohest

Asides from the fact that all this is explained either in game or in the tutorial section of the glossary, a quick google would reveal many many articles, videos etc. I can only assume that you are either trolling or like to see people waste their time answering stupid posts like this.
