I think I voted yesterday (for the vran armor), but didn't comment. Technically speaking, the Vran armor is the best in the game (that's why you get it so late in the game), although the Ysgith armor is a close 2nd, or a tie if you are a "mage"(again, that's why you don't get it until the end)...
