    PC Performance PLEASE HELP!

Sounds to me like the game is running on your integrated GPU instead of the R9. I'm not sure how to fix this on a notebook/AMD combination. In nvidia driver profiles there's an option (like "Prefer Maxium Performance" ..) Might be something similar in Catalyst. Otherwise you can always...

    Nvidia geforce gtx 970 4gb vram gddr5

Yes, a very good one. I dont think any single GPU card can do that yet. Maybe the new 980ti. But at higher resolutions even that one will give in. If you use a standard 1080p screen, with a single GTX970 card you will be able to play with everything on ultra. Provided the rest of your system...

Runs bad on this set up:

Ingame Vsync and framelimit options are often unstable/unsmooth. The driver usually does a better job with these. So yes, you want to leave them off ingame. But ... if you "just" want vsync and an fps limit there is no need to install Riva Tuner. That is a rather powerfull tool but it can...

    Problem for gtx 970 users?

Had a handfull of crashes in over 60h playtime. Nothing i would distinctly put towards the 970. In fact the game's been running great overall. On the other hand a LOT of EVGA users are reporting problems, not just with the 970. Maybe you're barking up the wrong tree..

Driver stopped working shortly after startup since 1.05

I'd try to rule out hardware failure first. Check fan speeds and temperatures. And try other games, or better, a benchmark. http://unigine.com/products/benchmarks/

    Expected framerate with GTX 980

Sorry but PC hardware has never, and will never work like this. PC architecture is all about flexibility, backwards compatibility, etc. You are assuming two constants (resolution and framerate) that simply aren't there, despite all the marketing gags company XY might try to sell you.. There...

    Expected framerate with GTX 980

Those numbers seem valid for your setup. If you're really that sensitive, for a smoother experience, i'd recommend using nvidia inspector to enable a 60 FPS limit in the driver profile. EDIT: everyone PC games are NOT programmed to run at a stable FPS count. Unlike console games. Nearly...

    Sli glitching/crashing issue

Couple thoughts.. Is SLI even enabled? After installing the 2nd card AND every time you install a new driver SLI is turned off by deault. You have to enable it in the nvidia settings. Also.. is your notebook's PSU even capable of running two 755m in SLI? Lack of proper power supply could...

Same FPS change "Low" or "Ultra"?

Google AMD Hybrid Crossfire, mate. And also, in his system, the weakest link is the CPU, not the R7. His statement that changing graphic options from low to ultra changes nothing pretty much prooves his bottleneck is the CPU. And since he's obviously not that well versed in comp settings and...

Same FPS change "Low" or "Ultra"?

For nvidia setup thats true but he is using AMD. I was thinking his dedicated card and IGPU may be in hybrid crossfire mode. And since W3 is such a CPU heavy game this could lead to all kinds of weird behaviour.

Same FPS change "Low" or "Ultra"?

When the computer boots up, keep press DEL key to enter the BIOS. (Sometimes F2, try it out) Each BIOS is different, i can't tell you exactly where the switch is. But it is usually in the advanced options under "CPU features" or "Integrated periphals" or something similar. PS: Also make sure...

Same FPS change "Low" or "Ultra"?

I'm not sure how to explain this simple enough (for your english) ... When you have a dedicated graphics card you do not wanna use the integrated GPU. When both are enabled, depending on your configuration, games may be misslead to use the integrated GPU instead of the dedicated card. This...

I suggest you go to your BIOS and disable the integrated GPU.
