Then no metal limbs, no super strength from the replacement limbs, no built in weapons and on and on. most of it can't be done for really simple reasons, like you can power these things but you would need to haul around a 200kg battery to power them.
no one knows, we don't have the game yet.
Like Control doesn't look worse on basic settings (specially with ray tracing on), the ultra settings are for the future rather than what is available now. this might be true for CP 2077 too.
Adding one or the other seems like a over sight, we know it's easy to have both from a single device that can fit in a pocket till we need it.
certainly don't want that stuff integrated, would make tracking you hilariously easy.
Street cred is not the rare clothes, that would be a sensible way to gage NPC reactions to the PC (and gate progression and stuff you van buy from shops and pretty much 99% of the stuff "levels" are doing) the rarity of each bit of clothes? waste of time given that shouldn't be a thing NPCs are...
You where thinking of a sandbox game, not an RPG. it was never going to be a sandbox game. No one suggested it would be a sandbox game.
None of the things you are disappointed about have anything to do with being an RPG.
I am not some one that preferes digital, but i am one of the people that has a blu ray drive in their PC because i expected to be able to get copies of my games on them so we could stop with the multiple DVDs that was happening even in 2012 when i got it. I don't want it not to be on PC Blu ray...
Mostly i got them from https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2019-hands-on-with-google-stream-gdc-2019 given they do caveat that they don't know what lag the display or the wireless connection are adding.
