Bug in mission SOS: Merc Needed ( Help )

Same issue, 1.05 on PC. I've reported to CDPR. Got several quests now that I can't finish due to bugs.

+1, PC here. I've tried reloading older saves, switching quest lines, reloading the entire game, verifying game files. No luck
