NPCs pop-in Hi everyone, I'm having a bug where NPCs just pop-in out of nowhere when i'm in villages or cities.... Is there anyway to fix it? I'm playing with the Background NPC counter on Low, but even on High this happens... My specs: CPU: FX 8350 GPU: R9 280x RAM: 16gbs

So, forgive me my lack of knowledge, but regarding cpu's, i think i need to change from my AMD to some Intel i7 in order to take full advantage of Nvidia cards, right? Or is it the same performance if i use a FX-8350 with a gtx 770 or a i7 4770 with the same gpu?

I saw someone saying that Nividia is working with CDPR to optimize thier cards for TW3, so the "best" path is to buy a GeForce.....So i guess a GTX 680 or even a 770 is the way to go? Wich ATI card could be "equal " to those GTX?

Can a ATI R9 280x handle TW 3 well (like, playing on medium settings with stable FPS, lets say 30 fps)? What about a Crossfire with them, is it worth?
