Guys I I just installed 3.1 and 3.2 patches but when I try to launch the game an error message appears "The program can't start because NewNetworkClient.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem." Where can I find this dll ?

Can anyone provide me a Savegame from Chapter 3 ?? I was in the Quest "Lock and Key".I have let Abigail alive,I took Zikfried with me in the sewers,I let Thaler alive,I left Alvin (the boy) with Triss (Marygold),in the quest at "The House of the Night" I took the Vampires' (Vampirized Hookers)...
