I was having issues that may help some people. I had the issue with the game completely lagging at 1fps even in menus. all i heard was the audio basically right at launch and the intro animations and everything were crawling at 1fps. TWO THINGS.. Nvidia Geforce Experience INSTANT REPLAY feature...
