Still bugged for me as of patch 1.06. It was first just a "?" symbol on that map now it's a "SOS: Merc Needed mark" I have gotten into...

Ever since doing that car quest can't get into building to complete this. The quest switched to an SOS quest icon but remains unfixed.

*bump* Same issue for me. All the doors locked, can hear someone getting beat-up inside, quest still says "Undiscovered" on the quest...
