I rolled all the way back to 353.06. Doing so got me through my problematic boss without crashing. I'll post an update in a few days if the overall stability has improved beyond that with the older Nvidia's.

I have the exact same issue with a GTX 970 and a i5 3570k (Same OS). Using 353.38 right now. Games pretty unstable to begin with but I crash 100% of the time on this boss. Sometimes I can get through the cutscene and start the battle, but not often. I refuse to believe its a bad video card...
