Wait nevermind, clicked the application "Configurator" and it gave me the option for 1920 x 1080. So it's all good now. Thanks again for the help i really appreciate it! :)

Ah thank you very much, it's all clear now. Though i have a new problem, in the graphics settings for screen resolution i don't have the option of using 1920 x 1080, the highest all of a sudden is 1024 x 768. I tried clicking "auto-detect best settings" but that's the highest resolution still. Blarg

Graphical problem So i just downloaded Witcher 2 via Steam and configured the graphics setting to all high pretty much, and when i start the game the menu backround is normal and good but as soon as i started a new game the graphics were all colour-fogged, all i can really see is the silhouette...
