i dont know where else to post and cant create a new thread so yea: in cp2077 my fps seem to be capped at 15 fps, no matter the settings, resolution or if im in the menu. im running a 2070 and a 2700x, already checked all drivers, witcher 3 runs perfectly fine any ideas?
