Well, alchemy its great due the mutagens with the skill Impregnation, and now with Side Effect it's even greater as I have the mutagens I'm looking for every time I level up, then again, this is my first play through, And I thought those "buffs" could be awesome, anyway I'm ok if I'm doing...

Hey I just took two points in Side Effect, and works like a charm, You just need to save before doing potions and wait until you get the one you are looking for(critical in my case). So no, Dearg, I'm not looking for Madness mutagen in my first play through ;). Thank you all!

Thank you! I'll try it then, as I just started Chapter 2 and have just 1 major one, and isn't the one I'm looking for =S, and I killed tons of Nekkers in chapter 1.

Mutagens and Side Effect question Just wondering if it's better to craft a special potion or just random potions until you get whatever you are looking for?=) Thank you!

Well, if it helps I,ll tell you how I did it, was pretty easy to me, coat your weapon with your best oil(I used +20% dmg humans), use Quen roll close to him untill he launch an attack then hit him, also I used a lot Aard to interrupt him, hope it helps. Also thank you! =)

Hi, Im playing the game in xbox, and already have the The Blasphemer's Outfit, I love it, but the smoky effect it's a pain to be honest, I guess there is no way to remove it right? Thank you!
