I've learned the basic gameplay by watching others play on twitch. There are many good content makers there. There are also sites which offer gameplay help, like team aretuza or team leviathan gaming. That can really help you out

I don't see it as a big problem. Is it more annoying than a Mill deck or some of the OP meta decks? I don't think so. I actually think it's a very funny way to frustrate your opponent :) Against Glusty this deck will have serious problems.
