I've been noticing this as well. Hopefully they fix it in the upcoming patch.

No, it wasn't bugged for me but I remember another bandit camp with a cage got bugged on me as well. Only way I could fix it was load up an older save and go back to that area and it worked itself out.

Regarding White Orchard InnKeeper She's missing, and I forgot to buy the Gwent cards from her while playing the game. So I was just wondering if this will be fixed? I read on some other forum board that it was being addressed for the PC version, but couldn't find anything on this forum board...
