You and I are in the same boat, I've done everything that needs to be done in pacifica so there's nothing that trigger the quest. So I can either wait for a fix or restart the entire game, which I already have 70hrs so fml- MercyIsRising

Like I have done everything in pacifica even the gigs and NCPD stuff and all I have is "Answer call from Mr Hand", my rep stat is maxed, I am level 38 and have 63hrs in the game. It is the only Main Quest that I have available and I'm tired of clearing other districts because I want to finish...- MercyIsRising
