what do you mean with "stuck"? Does the game crash during loading? does it just drag on to infinity? Or something completely different?

Have you tried tinkering with power savings mode? If the laptop is set to "energy efficient" or something along those lines, FPS will suffer greatly. Try to set it to maximum performance instead of "maximum savings" or something like that. That option should be in the intel graphics...

And nobody is mentioning AMD's mantle? Also, I'm curious, seeing as how TW is available on basically every digital distribution platform (at least major ones), if it does (and I'm guessing it surely will) appear on steam - will it support new Steam OS?
