This is why I hope in the romance fixes patch or whatever they let Geralt give it back or something and say, "You know how I feel about elven legends..." Or something to that effect.

Wow I haven't been on this thread for awhile and I come back to this! :wat: I don't know how they will handle it, but I am sure it will be good because CDPR is very passionate about their games! :respect:

I am fairly certain the Triss ordeal will get fixed in some way. It would be foolish and unlike CDPR to ignore the largest thread on their forum (ever?). I would actually lose a lot of respect for them if they don't address some story issues (mainly Triss).

I doubt they are talking about any story related changes unfortunately.

I wish a RED would atleast tell us a reason why. I've said before how strange it is because Triss went from the female mascot of The Witcher to a side character. I just don't think CDPR would neglect their character they spent so much time on for any reason - but they did.

A lot of things could have been better regarding continuity from Witcher 2. A conversation with Yen (even if you imported a save) would have made the choices you made atleast feel acknowledged.

I could have sworn that I saw an article stating CDPR asked him to review and he went over the main plots of the first game's script and approved them. I tried looking for a source, but I can't find one. Maybe I imagined it. :troll:

Some people insist that Geralt and Triss in The Witcher games is too far fetched - saying how Andrzej Sapkowski never intended for them to be together. I call bullshit, even some excerpts from the books can prove that. Even though he no longer sees the games as part of the same canon, people...

I knew I saw that before. That really is amazing and shows great attention to detail CDPR had even in The Witcher 1.

A topic that has gotten brought up in this discussion was the amount of sex scenes. Some people say Triss needs more while others think it contributes nothing. I think Triss could use another. The elven bath house was a great scene and nothing will ever top it though... :whistle: In "The Sword...

It was Eredin's projection. CDPR seemed to want to create a game that was easy for newcomers. I think this is the worst decision ever made. Why the hell would you make the last game of a trilogy so accessible to newcomers?!

The Elven Bath scene was so amazing and watching it again makes me feel even worse about what CDPR did in Witcher 3. I just don't understand what went through their heads...
