    They can, but you have to add the entries like c_dggf to the mdb. And even then some characters do not use them that correctly. (Hold the sword not on the hilt or have the dagger in the arm.)

    2 Problems regarding my mod

    I believe it is not always night in your module. You just forgot to add a skybox (= a placeable). Add it. That will fix your second problem too.
