Sure! It's this one. Hierarch square's part starts at the 9:50 mark. Also found a thread on reddit coming to the same conclusion, to talk at least with one of the beggars who refuses to help.

The red marks on "follow the thief/talk to beggars" on pyres of Novigrad are not a choose A, choose B scenario. It's that you need to talk to specific beggars, the ones that doesn't tell you where putrid grove is. I had the same problem; talked to the beggar on top of some scaffolding near...
